The hinge's cassette allows for adjustments about 3 diffrent axes. It's entirely made of stainless steel 304 (1.4301). Adapted for a woodem door frame but a variant for steel or aluminium ones is available as well.

An automatic bolt for blocking the fixed panel in double doors. It bolts the door by using two rods (top and bottom). Unblocking the panel (retracting the rods) is done by means of a lever mechanism. At the moment of pulling the lever upwards the rods are retracting and thus unlocking the panel. After letting go of the lever and closing the panel the rods will automatically insert themselves into prepared slots to lock the fixed panel.

For non-rebated doors in a wood, steel, or aluminium casing. Combined with the KDK-L cassette, it allows for adjustments in 3 dimensions. The hinge is made of 304 stainless steel (1.4301). The enduring plain bearing technology shifts pivotal and axial forces and doesn't require maintenance. It can be mounted in both left and right doors. It meets the EN 1935 standard. Carrying capacity on 2 hinges is equal to 100kg.

The KDX-100 drop down seal consists of a body and a moving part with a sealing element. Mounted on the bottom side of the door, it protects the room from dust, cold, noice, water, smoke and fire. The KDX-100 seal drops down the moving part with the sealing element during locking the door and automatically lifts itself up when the door is being opened.
